E-Library
The Wild Salmon Center sponsored the development of the
Coastal E-Library, a compilation of habitat, hatchery,
harvest, and hydropower documents relevant to salmon sustainability
in WRIAs 20 through 24.
The organization of the library is simple.
“Regional” documents are those that apply
to more than one Coastal Lead Entity or a much larger region. Each
WRIA in turn has its own section that contains documents unique to
all or a part of that area.
Clicking a library link to the left will take you to page that contains a bibliography of documents (See Diagram A).
Clicking the hyperlink to a title in a bibliography will jump you to
a summary table that contains additional information, including a
brief synopsis. If you
would like to see the document in its entirety, clicking the FILE
NAME in the table will take you to it.
All of the documents in the library are in the .pdf file format. Please check this site frequently to keep abreast of new documents.
Needs Assessment
One of the purposes of developing the Coastal E-Library was to have Coastal Lead Entity technical groups assess the adequacy of data currently available for planning and project development purposes. This effort gave each Lead Entity the opportunity to look at the documents currently available.
